Tell us your brewer and we grind for it, from fine for espresso to coarse for a French press. If you grind at home, choose whole beans.
We roast after you order and ship within two working days. Rest the bag for three or four days after it arrives, then open it.
No. It follows public-health guidance: at most 400 mg a day, and 200 mg in pregnancy. If you are pregnant, on medication, or have a heart or anxiety condition, ask your doctor what is right for you.
