Choose a roast level and up to three notes. Your batch is roasted toward them after you order, and packed under the name you give it.
The notes are a direction for the roast. Nothing is added to the beans; the beans and the roast decide the final taste.
Choose whole beans, or tell us how you brew and it is ground for that. Your equipment notes stay with the order.
