What does the app read, and who sees it?
Only what you allow. Your phone asks separately for the calendar and for each kind of health data, and you can turn either off in its settings at any time. The calendar and health data are read on your phone and never leave it; your taste profile is kept with us only if you allow it.
How does it decide on a coffee?
It reads each meeting from its title, whether it repeats, and how long it runs: one to be sharp for, a routine one, a session for ideas, or a coffee meeting. Then it tries every brewer you own, each size, and each start time against how caffeine is absorbed, how long its lift lasts, last night's sleep, and your bedtime, and suggests the smallest cup that does the job, with the reason.
When does it tell me?
When it is time to start making the cup, with buttons to log it, switch between a kick and a steady level, or skip. Plans follow your calendar within minutes of a change.
Which phones?
Android 10 and later, from Google Play. The iPhone app is coming; leave your email above and we will write the day it is in the App Store.
Is it medical advice?
No. The caffeine suggestions follow public-health guidance: at most 400 mg a day, and 200 mg in pregnancy. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, on medication, or have a heart or anxiety condition, ask your doctor what is right for you.
