Fresh-roasted coffee beans, delivered in Gurgaon.

Gurgaon mornings begin before the light does. The cab is booked, the tower on Golf Course Road is already lit, and the first coffee is usually a machine in a lobby. I would like to send you a better one.

The bag I ship to Gurgaon is roasted after your order arrives, so it reaches you a few days out of the roaster, and it opens with the smell still in it.

Coffee for long Gurgaon days

If you brew at home before the commute and again late at night after the calls with other time zones, I usually suggest the medium roast for the morning, in a moka pot or a French press, and the dark roast for the evening, when a smaller, thicker cup is enough.

If you have an espresso machine at home, tell me the model and I will grind for it, or send whole beans and a note on where to start.

How the coffee reaches you

I buy green arabica from one small farm in the coffee hills of Karnataka, a few kilos at a time. I roast it at home on a small drum roaster, in batches of a few hundred grams, after my day job. I roast your bag after you order it, so it leaves within days of the roast and not months.

You choose light, medium, or dark, or you tell me the notes you like and I roast toward them. You can have whole beans, or tell me your brewer and I will grind for it. A 250 g bag is ₹750 and a 500 g bag is ₹1,200, with free shipping in India.

Who you are buying from

I am one person with a roaster in my kitchen. There is no team, no cafe, and no warehouse. When you write to me about a grinder or a shot that came out sour, I am the one who writes back, and I have made the same mistakes at my own counter.

Questions people ask

How long does delivery take?

I roast after you order, let the beans settle for a day, and hand the bag to the courier. Most cities in India receive it within a week of the order.

Is shipping really free?

Yes. Free shipping in India on every bag, 250 g or 500 g.

Which roast should I start with?

If you are unsure, start with the medium roast. It works in a moka pot, a French press, a pour-over, and an espresso machine, and it forgives a grind that is a little off.

The shop has the three roasts and the custom roast. If you are not sure, write to me at chanda.sayonsom@gmail.com and tell me how you brew.
