About this drink

The iced latte is the cold version of the caffè latte, a staple of coffee bars in the United States and now almost everywhere. The milk is chilled rather than steamed, so it tastes lighter and fresher than a hot latte, and the espresso has to be strong enough to come through the cold milk.
